Google TPU's Oracle Cloud Delivery Decision and 2027 Adoption Plan
Open Time: October 28, 2026 01:01 KST Google and Oracle have decided to offer Google's own AI Accelerator TPU on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as well. This will be the first time that a large cloud provider outside of Google will supply Google TPUs. The actual service is planned to start from 2027, so it does not mean that you can use TPU in Oracle right now. AI Semiconductor Competition
